In Boba Master, players take on the role of bubble tea shop owners competing to create the most appealing and satisfying boba drinks. From perfectly layering ingredients to managing customer demands, the goal is to become the ultimate master of bubble tea while keeping your customers happy and coming back for more.
Gameplay:
Boba Master is a fast-paced card and resource management game where players draft ingredients like tapioca pearls, milk, syrups, and toppings to complete drink orders. Each turn requires balancing efficiency, creativity, and strategy as players race to fulfil increasingly complex recipes while sabotaging their competitors’ efforts.
How to Play:
1. Setup
Each player selects 2 bubble teas to make (cups), then dealt one card from the tool/action deck. Each tea is dealt an empty cup, with the rest of the steps placed in their respective piles.
2. Playing
One at a time, players either draw a card from the deck or from another players hand - cards are not played from your own hand! Follow the instructions on the card, then add it to your hand.
To complete your bubble tea, you must play tool cards that progress your cup from empty to complete, without skipping steps. Action cards can let you look at players cards, switch direction, and generally mess everything up!
