Rome wasn't built in a day, but you can pull it down in 20 minutes! In this struggle between Caesar and Pompey, players deploy their units to key areas and seek to dominate the surrounds and take over rule of Rome.
Using the classic 'chit-pulling' system found in many advanced wargames, players draw their units from a bag and send them off to control Rome. This streamlines and adds a measure of tension as you can never quite know whether fate will aid or hinder your conquest...
Three modules to expand the game are included, poison your opponent, deploy powerful Centurions and use underhanded tactics to gain advantages in the Expansions of Rome.
